GROUND is an invitation to slow down, arrive fully in your body, and reconnect with a sense of safety and stability as we begin the new year.
We’ll open with a sacred smoke session, offering an opportunity to consume mindfully and intentionally. Cannabis is optional, and non-THC herbal alternatives are always available, allowing everyone to participate in a way that feels aligned and supportive.
From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation and a grounding sound bath focused on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and presence. This session supports releasing residual tension from the past year and rooting into a steady internal foundation.
The experience closes with a 45-minute sound bath, designed to deeply relax the body, anchor awareness, and integrate the grounding work into the nervous system.
